Are puppies vaccinated?

Yes — all of our puppies receive age-appropriate vaccinations and are fully dewormed before going home. They also come with a health certificate signed by our licensed veterinarian. You'll receive a complete vaccination and health record on pickup or delivery day.

Do you offer delivery?

Absolutely! We offer both in-person pickup and delivery across the USA and Canada. Every delivery is coordinated by a dedicated pet nanny who accompanies your puppy for the entire trip, ensuring they are safe, comfortable, and cared for from door to door.

Can I visit before pickup?

We love meeting the families our puppies are going home with! Visits are welcome by appointment — just reach out and we'll find a time that works for you to come meet your puppy in person before their go-home day.

What is included with my puppy?

Every puppy goes home with a health certificate, full vaccination and deworming records, a small bag of their current food to ease the transition, and a toy or blanket carrying mom's scent for comfort. AKC registration papers are also included at no extra charge.

How do I reserve a puppy?

Simply fill out our contact form or give us a call to confirm availability. A 30% non-refundable deposit is required to hold your puppy — once we receive it, they are officially yours and removed from our available listings. The remaining balance is due before pickup or delivery.

Do you offer a health guarantee?

Yes! All of our puppies come with a 1-year genetic health guarantee covering hereditary conditions. If a covered condition is diagnosed within the first year, we will work with you on a replacement or partial refund. We stand fully behind the health of every puppy we raise.
